1. Ownership

ISIGWEBO™, including all content, code, design, and brand elements, is the exclusive property of the owner. All rights are reserved.

No part of this website, including but not limited to its code, design, content, and concept, may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without explicit permission.

2. User Conduct

By using this website, you agree not to:

Copy, scrape, or reproduce any content or code from this site
Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent reports
Harass or abuse other users
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the system
Use this website for any unlawful purpose

3. Content Ownership

When you submit a report, you grant ISIGWEBO™ the right to display, store, and share your report publicly. You retain ownership of your content, but you agree to let us use it for the purpose of accountability tracking.

We do not claim ownership of your reports. However, we reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms.

4. Liability

We are not responsible for any actions taken or not taken by government based on reports submitted to this platform.

5. Intellectual Property Protection

Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or copying of any part of this website, including its code, design, or content, is strictly prohibited and will be pursued to the fullest extent of the law.

This includes but is not limited to:

6. Account Rules

You may only create and hold one account per email address and one account per phone number. Creating multiple accounts using different emails or phone numbers to evade these terms, misrepresent your identity, or manipulate votes, comments, or report counts is prohibited.

We reserve the right to suspend or delete any account that violates this rule, and to remove any reports, votes, or comments submitted by that account.

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. You may not share your account with anyone else.

7. Data and Commercial Use

By submitting a report, comment, or vote, you grant ISIGWEBO™ a worldwide, royalty-free, transferable licence to use, reproduce, anonymise, aggregate, and commercialise the data contained in your submission. This includes sharing aggregated or anonymised data with third-party buyers, researchers, and partners.

This is a material term of using this service. If you do not agree to this, do not submit reports or create an account.

We will not sell your name, email address, or phone number to third parties without your separate, explicit consent. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Where POPIA requires prior authorisation for the processing of unique identifiers, we will obtain such authorisation before any such processing.

8. User Warranties and Indemnity

By submitting a report, comment, or vote, you warrant that:

The content is true, accurate, and lawful
You have the right to share it
It does not infringe anyone's rights, including defamation, privacy, or intellectual property rights
It does not violate any law

You agree to indemnify and hold ISIGWEBO™ harmless against any claims, damages, losses, or legal costs arising from your content or your breach of these terms. This includes legal fees and costs of defending any claim.

9. Notice and Takedown

We may remove any content immediately upon receipt of a complaint, without liability to you. We will cooperate with law enforcement and comply with any court order.

If you believe content on this site is defamatory, unlawful, or infringes your rights, contact us with details. We will review and act promptly.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ISIGWEBO™ is not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content.

11. Governing Law
